Abstract
|
|
|
Spleen ruptured patient rushed to emergency room with shock state.
1) Emergency intratracheal intubation applied, connected to ambu bag tailing. 51/mm, oxygen.
2) External cardiac massage.
3) Immediate cutdown for IV; whole blood, 5% D/W, etc.
4) Calcium gluconate 23 mEq/LX3.
5) Sodium bicarbonate 75mg/ml ; 50ccX3.
6) Epinephrine 1 ; 10, 000, sol. 0.5m1X3.
7) Rushed to O. R.
